Funeral Pre-Arrangement Process

Take care of all the funeral pre-arrangement details and give you and your family the gift of peace-of-mind you deserve.

The Basics of Planning

When you are considering making your funeral arrangements ahead of time, (pre-arranging your services) you are giving your family members an incredible gift. However, they should have input into this plan,  so that what you put down in your file, meets their needs, and allows them to begin grieving and healing.  this is ultimately why you set up a prearrangement.

We have tools that may be able to start the conversation with regards to making your prearrangement.
Bibber Memorial Chapel has partnered with FAMIC, (insert link here for famic/talk of a lifetime) an association of like minded professional organizations to create the Talk Of A Lifetime.  These simple to use tools may be able to begin a difficult discussion, and you may find its easier than you think.

Here's a general break-down of the prearrangement process:
  • discuss your thoughts with immediate family
  • meet with the professional staff of Bibber Memorial Chapel
  • learn what options are available to meet your expectations for services
  • Weigh the pros and cons of each option
  • Arrive at a final decision
  • Bibber Memorial Chapel will write out your plan with as many details as possible.
  • we will hold a copy of your plan in a file, which you can access with the ease of a phone call to our office
  • create a prepaid mortuary trust if you choose to do so.
