Obituary for Elizabeth Anne Szlosek (Boucher)

Kennebunk

Elizabeth Anne Szlosek, 65, of Kennebunk Maine, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 8th, 2019. Beth was born in Biddeford, ME on December 15, 1953. She was the daughter of Adrien J. Boucher Sr. and Elinor Waters Boucher and grew up in Biddeford, Maine.

Beth was an accomplished photographer, author, painter, and craftswoman. She was well known for her animal photography, having frequented both the Maine Wildlife Park and York’s Wild Kingdom often, as well as capturing photographs whenever the opportunity arose. Described by her loved ones as a master carpenter, Beth would work with little and remodel entire sections of the family home in Kennebunk Maine.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents Adrien and Elinor Boucher; brothers John Boucher and Keith Boucher; daughter Jessica Cressey and son Kyle Szlosek.

She is survived by her loving husband Paul Szlosek; siblings Rachel Sewell and Adrien Gendron; daughters Rebecca Cressey and Sarah Hewitt, and sons Paul Cressey, Jonathan Cressey, Nicholas Cressey, and Donald Szlosek.

There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Evergreen Cemetery, Port Road, Kennebunk.
