Obituary for Leo Arthur Milliard Jr.

– Old Orchard Beach –

Leo Arthur Milliard Jr., 58 yrs., a resident of Old Orchard Beach, ME died Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough, ME after a long illness.
Leo was born in Biddeford, ME on November 23,1960, a son of Leo Arthur and May Elizabeth (Boothby) Milliard, Sr., and attended Thornton Academy of Saco.
Leo was employed by Corning of Kennebunk in the maintenance department for 33 years before retired in 2016.
Leo loved going to camping at the Two Lakes Campground in Oxford, ME where he loved to fish and build camp fires. He was an avid fan of The Dallas Cowboys and bowling. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Leo was long time member of the York County Fish and Game Club of Lyman.
Leo was predeceased by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Robin (Goodwin) Milliard of Old Orchard Beach, ME; two sons, Karl Milliard and his wife Ashley of Hollis, ME and Robert Milliard and his wife Christina of Kennebunk, ME and a daughter Mollie Milliard of Sanford, ME; three brothers, Roger Milliard of Buxton, ME, Norman Milliard of Farmington, ME and Christopher Milliard of Sanford, ME; 4 sisters Diane Martin of Port Charlotte, FL, Suzanne Vasquez of Franklin, ME, Angel Kovak of Rochester, NH and Elizabeth Fisher of Shapleigh, ME; six beloved grandchildren Tyler, Cody, Troy, Tru, Noah and Ava and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial visiting hours will be held from 2 to 4 PM Wednesday January 9, 2019 at the Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer Street Kennebunk, ME.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM Thursday January 10, 2019 at the Chapel with Reverend James King officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery West Kennebunk, ME.
Should friends desire, memorial donation may be made to the American Cancer Society, One Bowdoin Mill Island #300, Topsham, ME 04086 in Leo’s memory.
