Obituary for Lorraine Rose Ruel
Lorraine Rose Ruel, 79, of Wells, passed away on Dec. 31st, surrounded by her family.
Lorraine was born in Biddeford, the daughter of Raymond and Fabiola Poitras. She attended Thornton Academy and worked for many years at Sprague Electric in Sanford.
She is survived by her sons, Gary Ruel of Wells, and Donald Ruel of Fayettville, NC, as well as Gary’s son, Zackary Ruel of Wells, his wife, Tonya, and their daughter, Crysanthemum, Donald’s daughter, Megan Ruel of Kittery, Donald’s wife, Judi, and beloved grandchildren. Lorraine was known for her candor, and enjoyed a good story. She was a loving and hardworking mother, who will be remembered for her perseverance and independence.
